Before you start
What kind of course is a good fit?
A course you already teach in person that people need or want to complete. Required training, CPD and compliance courses are often a good fit.
What do we have to supply?
Your slides, handouts and notes, plus any recordings you have. We also need half a day with your trainer and your feedback on each module over 2 to 3 review rounds.
How do we find out what it would cost?
Start with a 20-minute call. We'll ask about the course and explain whether it looks suitable for online delivery. The paid Course Blueprint then sets out the scope and fixed build price in writing.
Do you build courses from scratch?
The standard build is for an existing course. New scripts, filmed scenarios or a course developed from notes need separate scoping and a separate quote.
During the build
How much of our time does it take?
Allow half a day for the Course Blueprint, then time to review the documents and course modules. We agree on each stage before moving to the next.
Will the online course be a recording of our day?
No. We use the material from your workshop to build lessons, activities and checks that learners can complete online.
Is video included?
Video is not included in the standard build. Written lessons and scenarios are often easier to update, but we can quote for video production separately.
After launch
Who supports our learners?
We do. Every plan includes an email helpdesk for learners.
Can we change the course ourselves?
Yes. Every build includes 2 hours of training so you can make edits. Your plan also includes a monthly allowance for content changes.
What happens when the rules change?
Grow includes a yearly refresh of up to 1 learner hour. On Care, larger refreshes are quoted separately.
Who owns the course and learner records?
You own your content, brand and learner data. If our arrangement ends, we'll provide the files within 30 days.
Can we take it to our own learning system?
We do not build SCORM files for other learning systems. If you need those, a provider that specialises in SCORM will be a better fit.
