Accessibility
- Every course is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and checked against it before launch.
- This website is tested on every change with axe, against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules, and by keyboard. The last full run, on 6 November 2026, found 0 violations at 1,440 and 390 pixels wide.
- Every moving part of this site stops for visitors who ask their device for reduced motion, and the hero has a pause control.
Privacy
- Learner records are handled under the Privacy Act 2020.
- People enrolled by an employer are told in their invitation email that their details have been collected.
- This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from another server before you click.
Hosting and data
- New client courses are hosted in Sydney: the application in Vercel's Sydney region and the database with Supabase in Sydney.
- Every plan includes daily backups, security patching and uptime monitoring.
- You keep ownership of your content, brand and learner data. If our arrangement ends, we'll give you the course files and records within 30 days.
Certificates
- Each certificate has a unique code and its own public check page.
- The page shows the learner, the course, its version, the learner hours and the date issued.
- A certificate is issued only on a pass, and the assessment draws fresh questions on a retake.

Versions
- Every course carries a version number.
- Each certificate records the version the learner passed, so it is clear which rules they were trained on.
- When a course changes, its version moves on and the change is recorded.
AI use
- The photographs on this site are generated illustrations of people learning and teaching. We review them before use. They show no real client, place or person.
- The course screens are live pages from our demo courses. We built them in code.
- We can explain which AI tools, if any, are used during your project and record that in the proposal.
What we don't claim
- We do not hold ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 certification, and we do not claim alignment with either standard.
- We do not identify clients or display their course material on this site.
