- An assessment with an 80 percent pass mark and a fresh set of questions on each retake
- Learner records handled under the Privacy Act 2020 and hosted in Sydney
Course updates
Grow includes a yearly refresh of up to 1 learner hour of existing material. We review the course when a law, code or standard changes and update the version where needed.
Questions you might have
- Can our register link to a learner's certificate?
- Yes. Each certificate has a public check page with its own web address, which your register can link to.
- Who owns the course and learner records?
- You do. Your content, brand and learner data remain yours. If our arrangement ends, we'll provide the files within 30 days.
